Now, nobody get angry at me, ok? I'm working on 2 Death Note fan arts Maybe I'll post up the sketches in scraps. The first Death Note fan art I drew was just a sketch of L that I drew in my Government class out of sheer boredom. I thought it would look nothing like L becuase normally my first drawing of any character looks bad unless I'm using a guide picture. Well, I didn't have one of L with me, so I just started an attempt at drawing him. And when I was finished, what I had drawn actually looked like L! I was very happy. Anyway, that drawing is in a notebook which I believe is in my locker. So I'm going to get that and then draw it out on white paper and colour it. Then it will be here. YAY!

And the other one is of Raito Yagami. Now there's a whole deep meaning behind it, sort of, and I debating on weather or not I want to add Ryuk in the background or not. I wanted to make it seem like it was just soon after Raito found the Death Note and he was still trying to figure out exactly what he was going to do with it. Becuase of this, I drew him so he looked younger and immature. I also wanted him to appear more god-like, to show that he claimed that he would become the 'God of the new world'. He's standing in a mist/cloud type setting with a large cloth draped around his shoulders and blowing in the wind. In the background is L, standing so his back is facing us. This is to show that L is still just one big mystery and his face has yet to be seen. Now I'm just trying to decide weather or not I want to add Ryuk in the backgroud too...

But other than that, I sketched it out in my Geometry notebook and then redrew it later on white paper. I'm going to colour it soon. It may take me a few days becuase I've got to find my coloured pencils....

Anyway, in other news. I'm still looking for a picture of Saga becuase I still want to draw him. He's so hard to find a picture of!!!! Or maybe I'm just not looking hard enough....

Sadly, the notebook in which I drew that sketch of L is long gone...I don't know where it is. However, I think it just might be in a hotel 5 hours away from where I live...*major crying*....If not, then I've lost it here and will continue to look for it...
